We are a recruiting firm hired by Insurance Agency Owners (primarily Allstate & State Farm) to help find & recruit top talent for their hiring needs. We have an immediate opening with a high-growth Allstate agency who has locations in Cypress & Spring, TX. The agency is the top growing agency in northwest Houston & has been around for over 10 years.

What’s the role?

You will be selling Home, Auto, Toy, and Umbrella policies. In addition, as you gain experience, you will tap into very lucrative Life and Health policies to new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

• Daily prospecting to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs.
• Proactive problem solving.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
• Regularly contact 600-800 people per week. These are warm-company leads.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License, or be willing to obtain
• Allstate Insurance experience preferred
• Strong consultative sales & negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary business ethics and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, respond to customers' needs and handle time sensitive issues
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000 - $100,000+ with salary plus commissions/bonuses
